Mr. Tungar, the learned counsel states that, the petitioner has made a limited prayer i.e. his appeal filed before the State be decided. Though the appeal is filed in April, 2015, as yet notices are also not issued.

The learned A. G. P. states that, the respondent No. 1 would decide the same on its own merits.

In light of that, the respondent No. 1 shall decide the appeal filed by the petitioner on its own merits, in accordance with law, after hearing all the parties concerned, expeditiously and preferably within nine (9) months.

The Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
