2] The applicant has approached this Court apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.738/2023, registered with Ahmednagar Taluka Police Station, District Ahmednagar, for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 3] The charge-sheet in the matter is filed on 15.12.2023. The applicant has withdrawn the anticipatory bail application; as this court had expressed disinclination for grant of anticipatory bail in August 2024. No case is made out to entertain the fresh anticipatory bail application.

4] The Anticipatory Bail Application stands dismissed.
