ORAL ORDER :- 1.

On hearing the learned counsel appearing for the parties, we are inclined to dispose of present writ petition as the issue of pay scale and entitlement of higher pay scale due to petitioners based upon the posts, which they were occupying at the relevant time is pending as per representations dated 10.10.2008, 28.01.2013, 25.07.2013, 10.09.2015, 03.10.2015 and 29.10.2015 made by petitioners, apart from the condition of completion of 12 years service, needs to be decided at the earliest, if not already decided.

We direct that, the said representations be decided by the concerned respondent as early as possible, and preferably within 6 weeks, on merits and in accordance with law. All points are kept open.
