PER COURT :- Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3 Agricultural Produce Market Committee, makes a statement, on instructions that, the process for holding auction of the constructed shops, would be undertaken within a period of four weeks from today and process of auction and allotment of shops to the successful bidders, would be completed within a period of two months from today.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3, on instructions, the grievance raised by the petitioner, in the instant petition, stands redressed. Writ petition stands disposed of.
