The applicant, who is the petitioner before this Court submits that there was a delay of only one day in depositing the amount in this Court as directed vide order dated 20.2.2018. He submits that the cheque for the amount of Rs.54,915/- dated 12.3.2018 can be deposited in this Court even today.
