It is submitted that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner is pending with the Education Officer since 19.08.2015. The same is not yet decided.

The learned AGP accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. 3.

In case, the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner (Exhibit 'F' page 38) is pending with the Education Officer, then the Education Officer shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) months from today.
