As yet the award has not been passed. The petitioners are seeking directions to decide their representation dated 18.12.2013 and forward the issue to the civil Court under Section 3H(4) of the National Highways Act, 1956.

It is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioners that as yet the award has not been passed.

If the first notification issued, the petitioners have remedy to file an objection. 4.

In case the objection is filed to the notification, the respondents certainly have to decide it in accordance with the provisions of the National Highways Act, 1956. The petitioners may take steps as is permissible under the National Highways Act, 1956 and under law.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
