We have briefly heard the learned Advocate for the petitioners, the learned A.G.P. on behalf of respondent No.1 and the learned Advocate on behalf of respondent Nos.2 and 3. 2.

The limited grievance of the petitioners is that a pending representation dated 28/01/2020, addressed to respondent No.2 i.e. Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Parbhani, is pending decision. Since the grievance of the petitioners is limited to a decision sought on the pending representation, we requested Shri. S. R. Yadav, who is

4108.20wp (2) Panel Advocate on the Zilla Parishad, Parbhani, to assist in this matter. On our request, he has caused an appearance in this matter. 3.

Similar representations were directed to be considered on their own merits by an order of this Court on 05/08/2019, passed in Writ Petition No.978/2019 at the Aurangabad Bench. Based on such orders, a similar order has been passed by a Bench of this Court at the Principal Seat, on 16/07/2020 in Writ Petition No.2634/2020, filed by Maruti P. Misal & ors. versus State of Maharashtra. 4.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. We expect respondent No.2 to consider the pending representation dated 28/01/2020 on it's own merits and decide the same within two months from today. We make it clear that we have not expressed an opinion on the merits of the representation.
