According to the Petitioner, the declaration of the Petitioner as a Surplus Teacher is unsustainable. 2.

The learned Advocate appearing for the Zilla Parishad submits that the Petitioner is now absorbed and posted in an institution which is less than 10 kms from the present location. 3.

The pendency of this Petition will not be an impediment for the authorities to deal with the 'Sanchmanyata'. If the Petitioner is benefited by the said development, he is at liberty to seek relief.
