This is an application for condonation of delay of 23 days in filing Civil Revision Application.

Mr. G. L. Deshpande, representing the applicants submits that the delay is neither deliberate nor intentional and not any deliberate attempt has been made by the applicants in causing the delay in filing Civil Revision Application to protract any legal proceeding. Thus, he prays to condone the delay.

Ms. A. R. Mate h/f Adv. M. D. Mhase, vehemently opposes the application and prays for rejection of the application.

Having heard learned Advocates for both the parties, I am of the opinion that applicants have made out a case for condonation of delay. Hence, following order: a.

Civil Application stands allowed.

b.

The delay caused in filing Civil Revision Application is condoned.

c.

The registry is directed to register the Civil Revision Application, subject to removal of office objections, if any.

d.

Civil Application stands disposed of.
