The grievance of the petitioner is that the Respondent College is not preparing proposal to release non-refundable GPF.

Mr.Kazi, learned counsel for the Respondent states that petitioner shall apply in a proper format and thereafter the Respondent No.4 would forward the proposal.

The Respondent No.4 may prepare the proposal within two (2) weeks. The petitioner may cooperate with the Respondent No.4 in preparation of the said proposal. Upon proposal being prepared, the same shall be forwarded to the authority concerned immediately.

The authority will take decision upon the said proposal expeditiously.

With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
