1] Heard learned counsel for the applicant, the learned APP for the respondent-State and the learned consel for assist to P.P.

2] The applicants are apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.126/2024, registered with City Police Station, Jalgaon, for the offence punishable under Section 420, 467, 468, 323, 120B, 504, 506 and 34 of the IPC.

3] The learned APP submits that report under Section 169 of the Criminal Procedure Code is filed qua the present applicants.

481.24ABA 4] In view of the same, the interim protection granted by order dated 26.03.2024 stands confirmed. Accordingly, the Anticipatory Bail Application is disposed of. However, papers in this matter is to be kept along with Anticipatory Bail Application No.666/2024.
