Mr Patni, learned counsel for the respondent pointed out that the order passed by this Court dated 27th October, 2020. He submitted that this Court was pleased to condone the delay. However, the office seems to have not registered the appeal may be under confusion due to last sentence of the order which speaks about time to file reply. 3.

On going through the order passed by this Court in Civil Application No. 6366/2020 dated 27th October, 2020, it is very much clear that the delay has been condoned. As such, the office is directed to make
