Learned advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner is merely aggrieved by the interlocutory order passed by the Industrial Court whereby his application (Exhibit - U-2) has been rejected. He submits that he would make appropriate representation to the appointing and controlling authorities on the administrative side, however, the order under challenge in the petition could come in the way.

Learned advocate for the respondent - Corporation submits that petitioner may make a representation on the administrative side and the authorities would take appropriate decision. 3.

In view of the above, the petition is disposed of.
