Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Addl. Government Pleader appearing for respondent nos.1 and 2.

We are not inclined to interfere in the impugned order.

However, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that respondent no.2 has directed to recover the amount in three instalments. He prays that respondent no.2 may be directed to recover the amount towards difference of honorarium in twelve monthly instalments.

In the light of discussion herein above, though we are not inclined to interfere in the impugned order, we direct respondent no.2 to recover the amount towards difference of honorarium in twelve equal monthly instalments.

With the above observations, the petition stands rejected.
