The applicants/appellants herein have been convicted for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 147, 324 and 323 of Indian Penal Code and sentenced to undergo rigorous imprisonment for the period of six months and one year, respectively. 3.

Considering the quantum of sentence imposed and the fact that the appeal is not likely to come up for hearing in the near

11-cri.appeal.253.2022 future, during pendency of the appeal, the substantive sentence of imprisonment to stand suspended. The applicants be released on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) each with one surety each in the like amount. 4.
