Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.P.P. for the respondents/State.

It has been alleged against the applicant that he assaulted the injured with sword on his head. The investigation papers reveal that there is no injury to the head of the injured. Therefore, the applicant has a good case for bail. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant Maroti Nana Jagtap be released on bail on furnishing P. B. and S.B. of Rs. 50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount, in Crime No 34 of 2023 registered with Police Station Beed Rural Taluka and District

939- BA-515-2023.odt Beed for the ofences punishable under Sections 307, 324, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 r.w. 25 of Arms Act, on the following conditions : (a) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

(b) He shall attend the police station as and when called by the Investigating Ofcer on written notice, till fling charge sheet.
