Heard learned Advocate for the petitioner. He submits that at this stage the petitioner is restricting the prayer to prayer clause "D" wherein he has sought directions against respondent No.2 to decide the appeal filed by the petitioner before him. 2.

Learned Government Pleader, after waiving notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 5 and especially, on instructions, states that the appeal can be decided within a period of four months from today.

Taking into consideration the said statement and the fact that the appeal filed by the petitioner is pending before respondent No.2, we direct respondent No.2 to decide the said appeal within a period of four months from today. The decision so taken be communicated to the petitioner within a period of fifteen days from the date of decision.

With the aforesaid directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
