Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 and 6 have filed an affidavit in reply dated 13/04/2016. Categoric statement is made that the proposal of the applicant for reinstatement on the post of "Assistant Teacher" has been correctly sent and the same is pending with the Education Officer. It appears from the affidavit in reply that though the scale of an Assistant Teacher has been mentioned in the form appended to the proposal, the word used in the proposal dated 04/11/2015 is "Shikshan Sevak".

Considering the above, this civil application is allowed. The respondent/Management is directed to submit a corrected proposal indicating that the applicant is reinstated as an "Assistant Teacher" khs/AUGUST 2016/4762-d

under the orders of this Court, within a period of 2 (two) weeks from today and the concerned Education Officer shall accordingly accord approval within a period of 2 (weeks) thereafter. Needless to state, the applicant would be entitled for regular salary from the date of his reinstatement.
