The grievance raised in the instant petition by the petitioner is covered by the decision rendered by us in Writ Petition No. 4988 of 2017 (Kusumbai Vithalrao Kasle Vs. The State of Maharashtra & others), decided on 18th April 2017. The facts giving rise to the instant petition are also identical as in the case of Kusumbai Vithalrao Kasle, referred to above. For the reasons recorded while disposing of Writ Petition No. 4988 of 2017, instant petition also deserves to be disposed of. 03.

Hence, the following order :- The respondents are directed to complete the proceedings in respect of acquisition of land of the petitioner, including declaration of the award under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Re-settlement Act, 2013, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one year from today. The amount of compensation determined under award shall also be paid within the time stipulated as above.

With the above directions, the Petition is disposed of.
