This Court ( N. M. Jamdar, J.) has passed an order on 27/11/2018 concluding that the effect of the order of the learned Minister passed on 16/03/2018 suspending the license of the petitioner for a period of one month, has lost its efficacious. This petition, therefore, can be disposed off. 2.

The learned Senior Advocates appearing on behalf of the petitioner and respondent Nos. 4 to 6 submit that the proceedings before the learned Minister are still pending for more than a year and directions need to be issued to ensure

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. All the litigating sides would appear before the competent authority before whom Revision Application No.RVN.0217/55/EXC-3 is pending, at 3.00 p.m. on 05/02/2019. These litigating sides would tender the documents on which they are placing reliance. They may address the concerned authority in the matter. They are at liberty to tender their written notes of submissions on the same date. If the hearing is not complete on 05/02/2019, the concerned authority would conclude the hearing on 06/02/2019 and close the matter for passing orders. The concerned authority shall then post the matter on 01/03/2019 at 12.00 noon for pronouncing his order and copies of the order would be kept ready to be supplied to the litigating sides forthwith. Needless to state, all the contentions of the litigating sides are kept open.
