Herd Mr A.H. Koralkar, learned Advocate for applicants and Mr S.N. Morampalle, learned A.G.P. for respondent no.1. Perused the death certificates of deceased respondents no.3 and 4. Respondent no.3/Keshav Kachru Kharat died on 4.4.2021 and respondent no.4/Bhagwan Kachru Kharat died on 27.2.2021 during COVID-19 Pandemic. 3.

Having regard to the nature of dispute, this application needs to be allowed.

ORDER

(i) The Civil Application is hereby allowed.

(ii) The appellant/State is hereby directed to bring on record legal heirs of respondents no.3 and 4 by making necessary amendment in the array of appeal memo within a week.
