Considering the challenge made to the judgment and award passed by the Tribunal and the fact that the breadwinner of the family met with an accidental death, the Applicants are hereby permitted to withdraw Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lacs only) alongwith accrued interest thereon out of the amount deposited before this Court on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. Civil application for withdrawal of amount is accordingly disposed of.
