Total amount of Rs. 59,70,414/- is deposited by the Acquing Body.

In view of this, 60% amount be paid to the applicant as under :

a) 30% amount be paid to the applicant on furnishing undertaking.

b) 20% amount be paid to the applicant on furnishing solvent surety.

c) 10% amount be paid to the applicant on furnishing bank guarantee.
