ORDER:- 1.

Heard the rival submissions. The applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 1532 days in fling cross objections, which has been caused due to insuffcient funds. The learned A.G.P. strongly opposed the application on the ground that no reasonable cause is mentioned for condoning the delay. None appeared for respondent No.3 Acquiring Body despite service.

Considering the statutory right of the application and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed and the delay of 1532 days stands condoned, subject to condition that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the period of aforesaid delay.
