Considering the challenge made to the judgment and award passed by the Tribunal and particularly considering the defence raised by the respondent-insurer, the applicants at present are hereby permitted to withdraw Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees-Ten Lakhs) out of the amount deposited before this Court, on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial).
