The petitioners are challenging a common order passed by the education officer in respect of two different schools being run by the same management refusing to grant approval to the petitioners appointment. The order has been passed after the GR dated 27.03.2024 whereby the fora have been created inter alia for putting up grievances regarding such rejection orders.

Leaving the option to the petitioners to resort to the remedy under GR dated 27.03.2024, the petitions are disposed of. The appellate authority shall not refuse to consider the petitioners appeals if those are preferred within two weeks, on the ground of limitation prescribed under that GR.
