PER COURT :- Revenue entires are recorded merely for fiscal purposes and such entries in themselves do not constitute evidence of title of party in relation to the immovable property. Revenue entries can be corrected in accordance with determination of rights by the Civil Court. It would be open for the petitioner to approach the Civil court and establish his rights in regard to the property.
