Mr. Panpatte, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that, no notice has been issued to the petitioner in respect of the said deficiencies.

The petitioner may appear before the respondent No. 4 on 06.05.2016. The petitioner may comply the deficiencies if any. Thereafter, the respondents shall take effective steps in the
