By this application, the two applicants, who are the son and married daughter of the deceased Dasrao Martandrao Inamdar, pray for condonation of delay of 933 days and further pray that they may be permitted to be brought on record in the frst appeal which has been admitted. The cause title in the frst appeal would indicate that applicant no.1 had preferred an appeal on behalf of his father while holding his power of attorney.

The learned advocate for the respondents do not oppose since the appeals are with regard to compensation for acquisition of lands.
