(a) Civil Application No.4895/2018 :- The Applicant makes a request that Civil Revision Application No.26/2017 be heard finally, out of turn.

Considering that the matters from 1992 onwards are awaiting final hearing, this request cannot be entertained at this stage. Civil Application No.4895/2018 is, therefore, rejected. Liberty to the Applicant to renew his request in June, 2019.

*2* 927cra26o17 (b) Civil Revision Application No.26/2017 :- The order of this Court dated 26.07.2017 has still not been complied with by the Applicant.

As a last chance, time upto 26.07.2018 is granted subject to the Applicant paying an amount of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred) as donation for the Ghati Hospital, Aurangabad (Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad), to be deposited with the Medical Officer, High Court Dispensary, Aurangabad, either in cash or by Demand Draft, to be drawn in the name of "Dean, Government Medical College and Hospital, Aurangabad CSR Fund" and producing a receipt of such deposit before the Registry of this Court on or before 26.07.2018. If the above directions are not complied with on or before 26.07.2018, this Civil Revision Application shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court on 27.07.2018.
