This is an application for restoration of the first appeal, which was dismissed for non-removal of office objections, which were pointed out by the learned Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 2.

Learned Advocate for the Applicant states that due to oversight, the office objections could not be removed in time. He further submits that, if the appeal is restored, the office objections shall be removed within a period of two weeks.

For the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B), subject to payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- to the office of High Court Legal Services Sub-committee, Aurangabad.

Upon restoration of the appeal, the office objections shall be removed within a period of two weeks.
