Mr. Bayas, the learned counsel submits that, the principal of college has said that, the petitioner should bring his validity by 04.04.2015 or else the services of the petitioner would be terminated. There is no written order on record, nor any notice is shown to have been issued to the petitioner. 2.

Even otherwise, the said apprehension appears to be misplaced. This Court in para No. 3 of the order dated 04.04.2014 in Writ Petition No. 9448 of 2011 has specifically directed the respondents not to take any adverse action against the petitioner on the ground that tribe validation certificate has

2 wp 3624.15 not been submitted by the petitioner and till the tribe claim of the petitioner is decided by the respondent/Committee. The protection granted to the petitioner is till the decision of the Committee with regard to the tribe claim of the petitioner. 3.

It is not disputed that, tribe claim of the petitioner is pending consideration with the respondent No. 2/Committee. 4.

In the light of the above, the petitioner cannot be heard to say that he is apprehending that, he would be terminated, if, validity certificate is not produced by 04.04.2015. The order dated 04.04.2014 passed this Court in Writ Petition No. 9448 of 2011 is explicitly clear. The writ petition as such is disposed of. No costs.
