Heard the learned counsel Mr. V. B. Deshmukh holding for Mr. A. B. Kale. None present for the respondents.

By order dated 04.11.2020, this Court in Civil Application No.12914 of 2019 in First Appeal No.1083 of 2018 along with connected Civil Applications by referring the earlier order permitted the applicants / original claimants therein to withdraw the amount on certain conditions.

In view of the same, the applicants / claimants are also permitted to withdraw the amount on the same terms and conditions. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

(i) All the applications seeking withdrawal are hereby partly allowed.

(ii) The applicants / original claimants are hereby permitted to withdraw 40% of the amount out of the amount deposited before this Court on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

(iii) The applicants / original claimants are permitted to withdraw further 20% of the amount out of the amount deposited before this Court on furnishing

solvent surety to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
