Learned counsel for applicant states that during trial as well as pendency of appeal, the applicant had been enlarged on bail. 2.

Having regard to aforesaid application stands granted in terms of prayer clause (C) .

Applicant be released on bail on the same conditions as were operating while he was on bail during pendency of appeal, however, on execution of fresh bonds.

Application stands disposed of.
