1] In compliance of the directions given in the order dated 12th October, 2021, the Deputy Superintendent of Police, CID Crime, Dhule has submitted a report that appellant, namely, Benusing Shankarsing Pardeshi died on 26.04.2021 while under treatment in Deepak Hospital, Jalna, for COVID-19 infection. In stead of mentioning the date 26.04.2021 in the death certificate, same has been mentioned in the information application as 26.05.2021. 2] In view of above verification, the Appeal stands abated and same is accordingly disposed of.
