Learned counsel for the applicants submits that during pendency of main criminal application No. 1845 of 2021, charge sheet has been submitted. This application is filed for amendment to seek quashing of the proceedings also. Learned counsel submits that the parties have arrived at amicable settlement. 3.

In view of above and for the reasons stated in the criminal application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B" and disposed of. Copy of charge sheet is already annexed to the application.
