Learned counsel for the applicants submits that during pendency of the Criminal Application No.1617 of 2020, charge sheet has been submitted. Criminal Application No.1116 of 2022 is fled for amendment to seek quashing of the proceeding. In view of the same and for the reasons stated in the application, Criminal Application No.1116 of 2022 is allowed in terms of prayer clause "B" and disposed of accordingly.
