The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made representation in March 2020 (page no. 41 & 42) concerning the reservation of post. The same is not yet considered. 2.

The learend A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and submits that the authority would take decision on those representations on its own merits.

In the light of that and accepting the statement of the learned A.G.P., the Collector / Tahsildar shall take appropriate decision upon the representation of the petitioner (page no. 41 & 42) on its own
