The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions of the petitioner seeks liberty to delete the respondent No. 2. Leave to delete the respondent No. 2 is granted at the risk of the petitioner. The amendment to be carried out forthwith. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader waives service for the respondent No. 1.

By this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks writ of mandamus against the respondent No. 1 to decide the Change Report No. 1173 of 2018 and Change Report No. 1239 of 2018 as mentioned in the prayer clause A of the petition within a period of three months by conducting day to day hearing.

It is submitted that, the respondent No. 1 has recorded evidence of witnesses partly. The petitioner has applied for early hearing by application dated 01st December, 2021. 5.

We accordingly direct the respondent No. 1 to consider the said application dated 01st December, 2021 for expeditious hearing of Change Report No. 1173 of 2018 and Change Report No. 1239 of 2018 within a period of four (04) weeks from today. It is made clear that, we have not expressed any views on merits of the contentions of the parties. All contentions of the parties are kept open.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
