Though the respondent was directed by this Court to take decision on the proposal of the Petitioner within 4 months from 18th June, 2014, the decision is taken by issuing Government Resolution dated 2nd March, 2017 and the proposal of the Petitioner is stated to be rejected.

2.

We deprecate such practice of the Government Officers in not adhering to the time stipulation stated in the orders of this Court. We caution them to follow the time stipulation else we will take strict view of the matter.
