It is not in dispute that the appeals arising out of similar acquisition proceedings bearing First Appeal Nos.1909 of 2013 and 3275 of 2011 along with other connected appeals are dismissed by this Court by an order dated 8th March 2013 and 4th October 2012, respectively.

The Court therein has recorded finding of fact upon appreciation of the evidence and the arguments sought to be canvassed. 3.

The above referred proposition is not objected by learned Counsel for Corporation and learned Assistant Govt. Pleader 4.

In view of above, the first appeals stand dismissed in terms of the orders referred to above.

In view of dismissal of first appeals, all civil applications for stay stand disposed of.
