By order dated 15th December, 2014, this Court gave following directions :- "6.

As the PIL appears to have been filed bona fide, we grant petitioner, leave to file appropriate representation in detail, pointing out the names of members of the Committee, with particular like designation, their acts or omission and commission with material which has come on record in enquiry report. If such representation is received by respondent no.2 - Chief Executive Officer, within a period of four weeks from today, respondent no.3 shall consider it within next eight weeks.

If grievance of the petitioner is not redressed thereafter, it will be open for the petitioner to approach this Court again in the matter."

Learned Advocate for respondent nos.3 and 4 - Zilla Parishad has placed on record communication dated 06.07.2015 addressed by Executive Engineer, Minor Irrigation / Water Supply

184.2015CP.odt Department, Zilla Parishad, Latur to the then members of Water Supply Committee of village Hatnur calling upon them to rectify the anomalies found in carrying out the work of water supply, pursuant to the inquiry held as per the directions of this Court. They were called upon to deposit an amount of Rs.5,19,883/- in the account of Village Water Supply Sanitation Committee, failing which an offence was to be registered against them. Similar communication dated 19.07.2015 is also placed on record. Both the communications are collectively marked "X" for identification.
