Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant.

The learned Counsel for the applicant-insurer submits that the applicant is ready to deposit the entire amount of compensation alongwith interest accrued thereon in terms of the judgment and award dated 6th January 2020 in M.A.C.P. No. 286 of 2017.

In view of the aforesaid statement, the execution and operation of the impugned judgment and award dated 6th January 2020 in M.A.C.P. No. 286 of 2017 stands stayed, till the disposal of

2 C.A. No. 3064/2021 the appeal, on the condition of deposit of the entire amount of compensation alongwith interest accrued thereon, within a period of four weeks from today.

In the event of default in deposit of the aforesaid amount within the stipulated period, the respondents-claimants shall be at liberty to execute the award.

The Civil Application stands allowed in the aforesaid terms.
