The petitioner being aggrieved by cancellation of admission to the Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing Course vide communication dated 19th March, 2015, has preferred present writ petition. Division Bench of this Court vide order dated 01st April, 2015 had granted ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clauses (E) and (F). It is further submitted by the petitioner that subsequently, certificate of validity of caste of the petitioner has been issued by the Caste Scrutiny Committee. He has tendered across bar a photo copy of the caste certificate. Same is marked "X" for identification. 2.

The learned Counsel for the respondents do not dispute these factual aspects in the matter. There is no dispute on that the Caste Scrutiny Committee has issued validity certificate to the petitioner. The petitioner has completed the course and degree certificate has been issued by the university to the petitioner.
