ORDER :

When this Court expressed that this Court is not inclined to grant relief, the learned counsel for applicant, on instruction, submits that he wants to withdraw the proceeding. The application is disposed of as withdrawn.

The learned counsel for applicant submits that the applicant has been behind bars since 7.10.2014 and so, the direction needs to be given to the Trial Court Judge to dispose of the matter expeditiously. He made a statement that not a single witnesses is examined as yet. In view of this statement, the Trial Court Judge is directed to dispose of the case expeditiously and in any case, within six months from the date of receipt of this order.
