It is submitted that the Tribe claim of the petitioner is pending before the scrutiny committee i.e. respondent No. 3 since 2017. The petitioner is a final year student of Engineering Course.

In case, the Tribe claim of the petitioner is pending consideration with respondent No. 3, then respondent No. 3 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within four (4) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 12.07.2019.
