Petitioner is objecting to deletion of his name from the final list of voters prepared for the purpose of elections to the District Central Cooperative Bank. Since the program of election has reached the advanced stage and today is the last date prescribed for acceptance of nomination, interference in the electoral process at this stage needs to be avoided.
