This is an application for restoration of the Second Appeal.

The learned advocate for the applicant submits that due to non removal of office objections, registration of the Second Appeal came to be refused by order dated 29.01.2025 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial).

For the reasons mentioned in the Civil Application, same is allowed. The applicant to remove office objections within two weeks from today. On removal of office objections, the Second Appeal be registered.
