PER COURT :- Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pending this Writ Petition, the petitioner-Sudhir Sarvottam Deshpande died. Learned counsel submits that though he has tried his level best to contact the legal heirs of the petitioner, they are not responding. Learned counsel submits that, even the legal heirs are not responding to procure the death certifcate of the petitioner-Sudhir Deshpande. Learned counsel submits that, it is learnt that petitioner died some four years back from the year 2019.
